At ARGL, we want to produce locally and empower the communities around us. The benefits of industry must uplift the people in the communities that power these industries. To this end ARGL routinely conducts programs with a view on cleanliness, hygiene and safety. We also support villages around our establishment with plantation drives and providing financial support for local sporting events. We also aim to help the communities around us by providing drinking water where and when we can.
It is also a part of our CSR strategy to train and help educate the engineers of tomorrow. With that in mind, we routinely setup internships and training programs economically backward class students and also allow students from technical training institutes to visit out facilities to get a feel and to understand the production process. We also supply books and stationary supplies to underprivileged students in a hope to jump start their education and to help them one day be a productive member of the workforce.
The Swach Bharat Abhiyan is also core to our CSR policies. We routinely run cleanliness drives in local villages and neighbouring communities in an attempt to help our country in any way possible.
