A savvy veteran of the auto component industry, Rakesh Darbari is an alumni of NIT Srinagar with 36 years of industry experience. His knowledge of the craft and his commitment to chasing perfection in the manufacturing process is an obsession that has followed him through the years. Before joining ARGL in June’2004 as GM-Works, he worked in many different capacities in a 14 year stint at Escorts Ltd. Prior to that, at the beginning of his professional career he worked for Swaraj Mazda Ltd. for 6 years.
Engineering is a passion for Rakesh and though his portfolio in the company is now more management and business focussed, he will always be an engineer at heart and will always find new and innovative ways to streamline the manufacturing process in pursuit of perfection.
CFO-ARGL Ltd
A financial maestro with a hoard of experience, backing his every decision, Mr. SanjivMathur joined ARGL in Mar’2020 after a long and well established career in finance.
Having graduated as a CA for the ICAI in 1986, Sanjiv drove headfirst into the world of finance and almost immediately built a reputation for being a wizard with numbers.
He found a new challenge at Bose Corporation, where he spent the next leg of his career as a controller of finance.
Now he has stepped into the role of CFO at ARGL, where his vast experience and longstanding history of accepting challenges is sure to bring sustained profitability to the company.

Mr. Kar has always been a people person. His affinity for bringing people together is infectious. He has a way with people that is almost superhuman and with his role as the Head of HR and People Policies at ARGL, this quality is highlighted to its fullest potential.
Before joining ARGL, Mr. Kar worked in HR at various prestigious companies
With 25 years of experience in HR and a masters in Sociology, Mr. BN Kar, brings to the table his inordinate understanding of people. He brings the company closer together and allows for teambuilding beyond what is expected from an HR executive.
